Charlotte, known as Charlie, has always had a passion for travel, and over the last twelve years, she has worked in the service and travel industry. She has held numerous positions, including Head of Sales & Concierge at Mr & Mrs Smith. In 2017, she followed her passion and set up Paper Plane, an independent, tailor-made travel agency.

Having traveled extensively for business and pleasure, Charlie loves to use this first-hand knowledge to help find and book you the perfect trip. Her next trip is to Israel, ticking off her 56th country!
