General Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the OYSTEO website located at oysteo.com and all sub-sites associated with it (the “Site”). This Site is the property of OYSTEO Limited.

All rights reserved. These materials (including without limitation all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content.) are proprietary to, and owned by OYSTEO Limited. We own the appearance, organisation, and layout of this website, the underlying software code and the underlying data which are subject to trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other registered and unregistered intellectual property rights. All Content is protected by trademark, copyright, and patent laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

No part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, publicly displayed, posted, encoded, uploaded, transmitted, translated, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Website or another medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without OYSTEO’s express prior written consent.

You may use the information on OYSTEO products and services if it is purposely made available by OYSTEO for downloading from the Site, provided that you make no modifications to any such information, use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose, and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, and not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such information or documents.

You agree that you will not take any action that, in OYSTEO’s sole discretion, imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or OYSTEO’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to OYSTEO, or otherwise overburdens the Site. You may not manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to OYSTEO on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of OYSTEO or others.

WEBSITE CHANGES, PROMOTIONS, PRICING, CORRECTIONS.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website including the information, services, products or website terms on this website at any time without notice to you. Your use of the Site is deemed acceptance of any updates or modifications.

The price and availability of all products and services offered on this Site are subject to change without notice. The Content on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update Content at any time without prior notice. EMAIL DISCLAIMER

Our emails are confidential and contain information for the exclusive use of the intended recipient(s). O REWARDS

If you elect to join the OYSTEO O Rewards Program, you can earn rewards each time you make a purchase from one of our brand affiliates (“Brand Purchase”).

You will earn 2 O Rewards Points for every 100US$ eligible purchases. Your O Rewards will be credited to your account. Points are awarded on dollars spent on the Brand Purchases, not including duties, tariffs, taxes, and shipping costs. Merchandise returns and other financial adjustments will be deducted from your total O Rewards Program point balance, at the sole discretion of OYSTEO.

When you have reached a minimum of 50 O Rewards Points in your account, OYSTEO will, subject to you having added bank account information to your Account, send you a payment of the greater of US$50, or the balance on your account, exchanging your O Rewards to cash at a rate of one to one and canceling the O Reward Points. OYSTEO reserves the right to deduct any banking, foreign exchange, or other transaction fees incurred.

O Rewards are not transferrable, and O Rewards can only be earned for Brand Purchases where you clicked through the OYSTEO website, and the merchandise is eligible for O Rewards. O Rewards Points expire 365 days from the date of issuance. OYSTEO may terminate this rewards program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused but accumulated points. OYSTEO may also limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, benefits or eligibility for the program, with or without notice. This, too, may result in a loss of any unused but accumulated points. By becoming O Rewards member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

OYSTEO’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of this Site. To see OYSTEO’s Privacy Policy, click on “Privacy Policy” found at the footer of this website.

These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and OYSTEO and are accepted by you upon your use of the Site. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OYSTEO regarding the use of the Site.
